Katy and Matt

Wow, talk about a beautiful Fall wedding! Look at the leaves and the lighting in these photographs-it truly could not have been better. These two spent a lot of time on the details, from the homemade jam favors to the speech that Matt gave at dinner about why he loved Katy-it was so very sweet. Katy and Matt met and got married in less than a year, and it is easy to see they are great together.

Don't Forget About Christmas Cards!

We can take any image, or a collection of images, and make them into a personalized photo card for you. Here are one family's options.

The Bumble Bee and The Green Dragon

With only one wedding to go until December, I thought I would post some random happenings in my life outside wedding photography. Enjoy, and Jordan, don't email me and tell me this is boring ; )

So that is what someone does to their dogs for Halloween when they don't have any kids.

This is just another cute shot of Tubbins taken with the Canon Elph.

My puppies with their best friends Izzie and Milo.

My trip to Oprah with friends Melissa and Amy!

Angie and Chad

Angie and Chad had their reception at my favorite reception hall, The Golden Mast. I love it there because it is on the water, has beautiful outdoor photo spots, and the inside is filled with these beautiful lantern lights and a marble floor that give a great romantic feel to the photography. It was easy to see that Angie and Chad had such an honest love for one another, and the line between their family and their friends didn't exist. Best to both of you as you grow in love over the years to come.

Not Sequestered and The World's Best Pizza

Due to my lack of recent blogs, I have had several people ask me if I got sequestered (isn't that a great word?) when I was on jury duty. Well, the truth of the matter is, I never got to do any jury duty. There were no new trials my whole week, which was somewhat disappointing--I had my books, my travel was all figured out, and frankly, I was excited to get a first hand look at the justice system. But I did read my book anyways, "Eat, Pray, Love". And I give it a cautious "yes" recommendation. The author is someone who doesn't hold all the same beliefs that I do, but it was fun and inspiring. And the most memorable part of the book for me was a description of the world's best pizza--apparently somewhere in Naples--it sounded delicious anyways!
