Amy and Ryan

Wow, were these two great together--I barely had to give them any direction. It all just came natural to them! This Green Bay wedding lead us to the Green Bay Botanical Garden, which was absolutely beautiful. And then we were off to Stadium View, right down the street from the Packer practice field, and yes, they were all out practicing! Flowers were by 'Joan of Art' (isn't that a great name?!), the mother of the groom.

Erika and Pat

were married in Grand Rapids, Michigan, at the beautiful Amway Grand. To date, this is the smallest wedding I've photographed, with all of 15 people total (counting my second shooter and me!). But it certainly wasn't small on style, location, relaxation, five star food, and cake!

Caryn and Ben

An engagement shoot in Grand Rapids...with an approaching wedding in November! Caryn is a fourth grade teacher, and the only person to ever figure out where the name of my business came from because it's in a children's book that we both used in our classrooms. Fun!

I have turned into a nocturnal editing machine, which is why I am posting this blog at 3:30 AM ; )
But about this fantastic wedding, I just want to say that this was one of the nicest groups of people I have ever worked with. And the wedding was planned with every detail in mind. A pretty church, no rain, an old car, blue eyes everywhere I looked, photos on the lake, and a golf course reception. A happy happy event for two families who really deserved it.
